For us, the passion for this vibrant green powder is deeply personal. One of us attended monthly tea ceremonies from the age of three, developing a lifelong appreciation for matcha's ritual and tradition—although at the time, the accompanying wagashi, Japanese sweets, was the main attraction for those young taste buds.

Our small team is led by a matcha connoisseur who tirelessly explores Japan’s tea farms, from Uji to Kyushu, seeking exceptional varieties. With a refined palate, they meticulously profile each matcha’s unique character, from vegetal notes and umami to lingering sweetness and floral scents.

We believe that, just like the diverse flavors of matcha, our world is richer for its diversity.
